Setiap muslim dapat menumbuhkan rasa cintanya dan penghormatan pada Nabi Muhammad dengan mengungkapkan kegembiraan terhadap kelahiran nabi melalui perayaan maulid.berkaitan dengan hal tersebut siswa siswi,guru dan karyawan memperingati Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW di Masjid Bahrul Ilmi di dusun Kedokbanteng Desa Bendunganjati Kecamatan Pacet Kabupaten Mojokerto ,sebelum acara di mulai terlebih dahulu lantunan sholawat yang di iringi terbang Banjari ,kelas enam.Dalam sambutan Bapak Kepala MIN 1 Mojokerto pentingnya menata niat yang baik dan penyerahan infak sodakhoh dari siswa siswi serta dewan Guru ke takmir masjid,berikutnya mauidhoh hasanah oleh ustad Supartono…….untuk mengenal nabi kita harus tahu sejarahnya sehingga akan timbul semangat untuk tahu dan mengaplikasikan uswahnya dalam kehidupan sehari – hari…

Sementara itu, peringatan Maulid Nabi di Indonesia pertama kalinya dibawa oleh Wali Songo pada tahun 1404 masehi. Perayaan tersebut dilakukan demi menarik hati masyarakat memeluk agama Islam.Sebab itulah, perayaan Maulid Nabi juga dikenal dengan nama perayaan Syahadatin. Nama lainnyayang dikenal masyarakat Indonesia adalah Gerebeg Mulud dengan menggelar upacara nasi gunungan.

Tujuan Pertama; Supaya kenal dan cinta kepada Nabi Muhammad Saw, tanda-tanda kita cinta dan kenal adalah kita kenal Nabi dari sejarahnya dan apa-apa yang ditinggalkan Nabi SAW untuk umatnya, dengan apa yang ditinggalkan Nabi untuk umat nya tersebut kita dapat mengetahui kepribadian Nabi Muhammad SAW tersebut.
Tujuan kedua adalah; untuk dapat kita mencontoh dan meneladani akhlak nabi Muhammad Saw. Kita mencontoh akhlak nabi Muhammad Saw paling tidak dengan menerapkan empat sifat nabi Muhammad SAW, yakninya; Shidik, Amanah, Fathanah, dan Tabligh.
Tujuan ketiga adalah; supaya kita bersemangat dalam menjalankan dan menyiarkan ajaran agama nabi Muhammad SAW. terutama dalam menjalankan syariat agama Islam, seperti shalat 5 waktu, puasa dan segala kebaikan yang dianjurkan dalam ajaran Islam (ono dkk)
