Pembina OSIS Abdul Salim mengatakan, aksi berbagi takjil kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan rutin yang diagendakan setiap tahun sekali di bulan ramadan, dan ini adalah wujud aksi sosial yang kerap dilakukan selama ramadan.
Abdul Salim menambahkan, aksi bagi-bagi takjil mendapat antusias masyarakat yang cukup tinggi. Seketika itu, ratusan paket takjil yang dibagikan habis dalam waktu singkat. Sejumlah kendaraan sepeda motor saling berhenti dan mobil pun ada yang berhenti untuk mendapatkan takjil. Ia katakan, pengendara motor dan sebagaian mobil mengucapkan terima kasih kepada OSIS MTsN 2 Mojokerto yang telah membantu masyarakat dalam perjalanan, untuk berbuka puasa tepat pada waktunya. Adapun takjil yang dibagikan sebanyak 200 kotak yang berisi kue dan minuman.
Kepala MTsN 2 Mojokerto Nur Kholis mengatakan mengucapkan banyak terima kasih kepada pembina OSIS serta pengurus OSIS MTsN 2 Mojokerto yang sudah melakukan kegiatan sosial di bulan suci ramadan, yaitu bagi-bagi takjil pada masyarakat pada orang yang lalu lalang di jalan raya depan pintu gerbang madrasah. Semoga amal baik warga madrasah di terima oleh Allah SWT, amin.
Selain itu, kepala madrasah Nur Kholis menyampaikan pengalaman yang dapat diambil oleh OSIS dalam kegiatan ini pertama, belajar berorganisasi. Kedua, menambah pengalaman. Ketiga, melatih kedisiplinan. Keempat, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan keberanian. Kelima, melatih tanggung jawab. Keenam, melatih kumunikasi. Ketujuh, melatih jiwa kepemimpinan. Dan kedelapan, melaksanakan perintahNya serta taat dan kepada Allah SWT. Ini merupakan pengalaman yang sangat baik bagi pengurus OSIS. (S Salim)
