Kab. Mojokerto (MTsN 1) – Selasa (30/7/2024) prestasi siswa MTsN1 Mojokerto kembali terukir. Kali ini, prestasi yang diraih sebanyak tiga medali pada tiga kategori juara dalam Kompetisi Nasional “Islamic Olympiad Festival II” yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Prisma Cendekia Bina Prestasi pada tanggal 20 s.d 21 Juli 2024.
Ialah Maulid Akhmad, siswa yang berhasil meraih tiga kategori juara, yakni: Medali perak pada olimpiade Bahasa Inggris, medali perunggu pada olimpiade Al Quran Hadist, dan medali perunggu pada olimpiade Bahasa Indonesia. Maulid, sapaan akrabnya mengaku senang karena berhasil meraih tiga medali sekaligus. “Alhamdulillah, tentunya saya senang bisa mendapat medali dan juga bisa mengharumkan nama madrasah, semoga teman-teman yang lain juga punya keinginan untuk meraih prestasi.” Ucap siswa yang saat ini duduk di bangku kelas VIII J yang juga kelas program SKS ini.
Sementara itu, Ahmad Heru Santoso selaku Wakamad Bidang Kesiswaan, mengungkapkan apresiasinya. Menurut beliau, tidak hanya prestasi Maulid yang istemewa, tapi juga kegigihannya dalam mengejar prestasi, sampai berhasil meraih tiga medali sekaligus. “Itu lqyak diapreaiasi” tandasnya.
“Apa yang diperoleh ananda Maulid juga bisa di raih oleh siswa-siswi MTsN 1 Mojokerto yang lain. Tentu saja hal itu membutuhkan ketekunan dan kesabaran. Kerja keras dan kerja cerdas adalah dasar untuk dapat meraih prestasi. Tidak ada kata terlambat untuk sebuah kesuksesan. Intinya teruslah berlatih dan berdo’a.” Imbuhnya. (Sil)
