Penghargaan diserahkan secara langung oleh Nur Kholis selaku kepala MTsN 1 Mojokerto. Beliau menyampaikan, “Selamat kepada penerima penghargaan. Hal ini menjadi inspirasi teman-teman yang lain.” Kegiatan berlangsung setelah salat Dhuha yang digelar di halaman madrasah.
Berdasarkan data panitia, peserta yang mendapatkan penghargaan diberikan untuk tiap jenjang. Untuk kategori peserta teraktif kelas 7 putra adalah A. Faiz Raihan (7E); kelas 7 putri adalah Nazira Diah Shafira (7B); kelas 8 putra adalah M. Hilman Azizi (8F); kelas 8 putri adalah Archa Amirah Purnomo (8A); kelas 9 putra adalah A. Rohid Aqil Karimy (9A); Kelas 9 putri adalah Wanda Revamoza A. (9B).
