Kab. Mojokerto (MTsN 2 Mojokerto) – Zakat fitrah merupakan salah satu rukun islam ke tiga. Setiap insan manusia yang beragama islam wajib hukumnya untuk mengeluarkan zakat fitrah. Zakat fitrah gunanya untuk membersihkan dan mensucikan diri. Oleh karena itu, siswa/siswi MTsN 2 Mojokerto sangat antusias mengeluarkan zakat fitrah di madrasah, Kamis (14/04).
Kepala MTsN 2 Mojokerto Nur Kholis menugaskan panitia PHBI (Peringatan Hari Besar Islam) untuk menjadwalkan kegiatan zakat fitrah bagi siswa kelas VII, VIII, dan IX. “Siswa praktik langsung zakat fitrah dengan membaca doa zakat dihadapan panitia zakat MTsN 2 Mojokerto.” Sedangkan pengumpulan zakat dijadwalkan setiap harinya, agar tidak berjubel-jubel di ruangan. Kepala madrasah, mengingatkan panitia zakat untuk menghimbau pada siswa tetap melaksanakan protokol kesehatan.
Kepala madrasah Nur Kholis perintahkan wali kelas VII, VIII, dan IX ikut membantu memberikan penjelasan kepada siswa, terkait zakat fitrah agar siswa mengeluarkan zakatnya di mdrasah.
Ketua panitia Husnuz Zaimah menjadwalkan penyerahan zakat fitrah dimulai tanggal 8 s.d. 14 April 2022. Penyerahan zakat sesuai kelasnya untuk tanggal 8 s.d. 9 April 2022 kelas VII, tanggal 11 s.d. 12 April 2022 kelas VIII, dan tanggal 13 s.d. 14 April 2022 kelas IX. Zakat yang harus diserahkan ke panitia zakat sebesar 2,7 kg. Dan perlu diketahui bahwa panitia zakat tidak menerima zakat berupa uang kontan.
Husnuz Zaimah mengatakan petugas zakat fitrah langsung ditangani oleh guru agama di MTsN 2 Mojokerto yang sudah dibentuk kepala madrasah di awal tahun pelajaran baru. Selain panitia zakat juga menanggani kegiatan pondok ramadan dan halal bi halal siswa di madrasah saat masuk pelajaran kembali. (SK. Zaim)
