Milad ke-44 MTsN 2 Mojokerto, diadakan secara sederhana, doa bersama membaca Tahlil, Istighosah, Sholawat Nabi Muhammad SAW, dan diakhiri potong tumpeng. Milad MTsN 2 Mojokerto jatuh pada tanggal 16 Maret 1978. Kegiatan Milad dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Maret 2022, tempat Masjid Mafatihul Jinan MTsN 2 Mojokerto pukul 07.00 s.d. 09.00 WIB. Milad dihadiri Bapak/Ibu guru dan pegawai, pengurus komite, ketua ranting NU Desa Sambiroto, dan Kepala Desa Sambiroto sebanyak 66 orang.
