Mojokerto (MTsN 2 Mojokerto) \u2013 Senam sehat dinamakan Jum\u2019at sehat, karena kegiatannya dilaksanakakan pada hari Jum\u2019at Minggu pertama dalam satu bulan. Jum\u2019at sehat dilaksanakan untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan rohani. Karena gerakan-gerakan senam bermanfaat untuk melatih otot-otot pada tubuh, melancarkan peredaran darah, menghilangkan kejenuhan setelah beraktivitas rutinitas belajar, sehingga lebih sehat dan juga meningkatkan imun tubuh. Olahraga atau aktivitas fisik terutama pada intensitas dan durasi dapat mendukung respon imun dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh terhadap penyakit. Oleh karena itu, guru dan siswa melaksanakan senam pagi di halaman madrasah, dimulai pukul 06.45-08.00, Jum\u2019at (04\/10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala MTsN 2 Mojokerto Misbakhul Arifin programkan senam di pagi hari yang diikuti guru, pegawai, dan siswa, yang dilaksanakan setiap bulan sekali di minggu awal. Ia sampaikan, ada delapan manfaat senam pagi <em>pertama,<\/em> meningkatkan kebugaran fisik. <em>Kedua,<\/em> menyeimbangkan osteoblast dan osteoclast. <em>Ketiga,<\/em> memberikan rasa bahagia. <em>Keempat,<\/em> meningkatkan kemampuan akademis. <em>Kelima,<\/em> meningkatkan sportivitas. <em>Keenam,<\/em> lebih mudah bersosialisasi. <em>Ketujuh,<\/em> mengajarkan kerjasama. Dan <em>kedelapan,<\/em> melatih ketekunan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delapan manfaat senam sehat ini, \u201cinsyaalloh\u201d tubuh kita menjadi sehat jauh dari penyakit. Meskipun siswa sudah mengikuti senam atau olahraga di saat waktunya jam pelajaran. Tetapi, \u201cSenam bersama guru dan siswa, lebih menyenangkan dan menarik\u201d, imbuh Misbakhul Arifin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syamrotul Fikriyah guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) selaku koordinator senam pagi Jum\u2019at sehat dan dibantu guru olahraga, pengurus OSIS serta pengurus Dewan Penggalang Pramuka.
