Kegiatan screening kesehatan bagi siswa meliputi cek mata, telinga, tinggi badan, berat badan, dan lengan badan. Kegiatan dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB. Screening ditempatkan di UKS MTsN 1 Mojokerto. Selain siswa, screening kesehatan juga diikuti oleh GTK MTsN 1 Mojokerto. Kegiatannya meliputi tes golongan darah, gula darah, dan layanan konsultasi kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam penjelasannya, Anis Chusniyah Allim selaku koordinator UKS menyampaikan, \u201cBerdasarkan program UKS, pelaksanaan screening kesehatan bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Pungging. Selain screening kesehatan untuk siswa dan guru, juga dilaksanakan kegiatan sidak di kantin oleh tim UKS Puskesmas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikutnya disampaikan, \u201cTujuan adanya screening kesehatan ini untuk mendeteksi lebih awal adanya potensi atau risiko gangguan kesehatan,\u201d lanjutnya, \u201cpelaksanaan screening berlangsung lancar sesuai juknis pelaksanaan.
