Lokasi dusun Delik Desa Balongmojo Kec. Puri.Ikrar Wakaf yang ke 148 ini, diserahkan  atas nama Nadhir berbadan hukum Perkumpulan NU  Drs H. Syaifudin. Kepala Kua sekaligus sebagai PPAIWDr. Muhaimin,S.Ag.,MM. dalam sambutannya menyampaian terimakasih kepada muwakif yang berkenan mewakafkan harta bendanya untuk digunakan kepentingan tempat ibadah \/musholla dengan demikian harta benda yang diwakafkan sejatinya harta inilah yang mengalir pahalanya.Dan pada kesempatan tersebut beliau juga menyampaikan program kementerian agama an. percepatan sertifikat wakaf dan sertifikat halal.Acara berlangsung cukup hidmat dan lancar ,didampingi penyuluh Agama Islam kec.
